Welcome to KaP Neon Dash, an arcade mini-game operated under the KaPioneeR ecosystem (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this game, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Use of the Game
When you use KaP Neon Dash, you agree that:
- The game is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
- You will use the game in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
- We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the game at any time, including for maintenance, improvements, or security reasons.
2. Accounts & Pi Network
In future versions, KaP Neon Dash may integrate the Pi Network and use Pi SDK for authentication and rewards.
- When Pi login is enabled, you may choose to connect with your Pi account to link scores and rewards.
- When you do so, you agree to follow both these Terms and any applicable Pi Network terms and policies.
- You are responsible for keeping your Pi account secure. We will never ask for your passphrase or secret keys.
3. Virtual Scores & Rewards
- In-game scores, points, “Pi chips”, “KAP boosts” and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value by themselves.
- Any future rewards, airdrops, or promotions related to KaP Neon Dash or KaPioneeR will be subject to separate rules and may change or end at any time.
- We do not guarantee that any in-game performance will result in real cryptocurrency rewards or financial benefits.
4. Intellectual Property
The KaP Neon Dash name, logos, artwork, UI, animations, and other content are owned by KaPioneeR or used with permission.
- You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its assets without our written permission.
- You may share screenshots, recordings, or streams of your gameplay for personal or community use, as long as you do not misrepresent ownership.
5. Prohibited Behavior
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the game’s source code where not allowed by law.
- Use bots, scripts, or cheats to gain unfair advantages in scores, rewards, or leaderboards.
- Use the game to send spam, offensive content, or violate any third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt servers, security, or networks connected to the game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
KaP Neon Dash is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaPioneeR and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of KaP Neon Dash, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If we are found to be liable for any claim related to the game, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using KaP Neon Dash during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the game if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, harmed other users, or misused the game or its systems.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws that apply to KaPioneeR’s place of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.
